Field Trip

Our Shining Stars are very excited with the upcoming field trip to the Old Mcdonalds Farm! Please send in the three things due by this Friday (the forms went home in Bulldog folders before Spring Break):

• Conroe ISD Parent Permission form (filled out and signed)
• Field Trip information and Volunteer form (half page)
• $3

Please let me know asap if you can volunteer for that day and complete the online volunteer application.

FIELD TRIP INFORMATION

Dear Parents,

Our field trip to Old Mcdonalds Farm is Friday, April 12^th. We will leave promptly at 8:30 and return at 1:30. We would love as many parent volunteers as possible. The cost for the field trip is $3.00. If you are accompanying us to the Old Macdonalds Farm, please be here by 8:15. Remember, parents are not allowed to ride the CISD school buses with us, but you are welcome to follow us. Volunteers: Please be aware that as a chaperone, you will be responsible for a few children for the day. When we arrive at the farm we will not stay together as a class, but will branch off into small groups so that we can all get the most out of our visit. We will eat lunch at the chaperones and kids convenience. Please bring your cell phones if you are accompanying us. This will help us stay in contact while at the farm.

Students should dress comfortably. Please wear your BWE t-shirt if you have one or a plain blue t-shirt. Tennis shoes are a must.

All students and volunteers need to bring a sack lunch with your name clearly labeled or let us know if your child needs to purchase a lunch from the cafeteria. No lunch boxes please, only disposable items.
